What kind of services do you provide?
We like to be able to offer a comprehensive range of services to our clients with the aim of making life as simple as possible. If you don't find what you're looking for here, please contact us to discuss the possibility of further service provision

Are you and your cleaners insured?
Access Cleaning and Management hold a certificate of employers' liability cover up to the value of £10,000,000 and public liability cover up to the value of £5,000,000.

What if something is damaged when my home/office is being cleaned?
Although our staffs take extreme care when cleaning your home, sometimes accidents do happen. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.

Will you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
For office cleaning; all hardware (vacuums, sweepers, squeegees) & all non consumables; polish, cloths & some cleaning detergents will be supplied.
All consumable supplies; black sacks, bin liners, hand soaps, toilet rolls, washing liquids will be supplied at an additional cost. See our price list
For domestic cleaning – please supply the following;
Mop and bucket, furniture polish, window and glass cleaner, kitchen cleaner, bathroom cleaner, floor cleaners, wood cleaners, washing up liquid, toilet descaler and limescale remover.
Or if you’re too busy to arrange this ask the supervisor to supply this and add it to your bill.
End of tenancy – cleaning materials will be supplied consumables & non consumables within the rate charged.
Please ensure your vacuum cleaner is in good safe working order with spare bags available.

Can cleaner operate my washing machine for me?
We try not to handle the client’s appliances or wash clothing. Please make alternative arrangements.

Will the cleaners iron for me?
We can offer ironing on site but recommend you use our launderette for a hassle free service.

Can my regular cleaner do additional tasks not covered in daily tasks?
Of course just leave a note for the cleaner or email the office your specific requests.

What hours do your cleaners work?
Domestic cleaners are available from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm 6 days per week.
Our EOT clean teams and carpet cleaners are available from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm 7 days per week.
Our maintenance division & commercial cleaning teams are available 24/7/365.

How do I pay for services?
End of tenancy/Domestic cleaning/Carpet cleaning/maintenance division – cash/cheque/BACS
Office cleaning will receive monthly VAT invoices – cheque or BACS

Can I have credit facility?
We can offer a 30 day credit facility for commercial clients but prefer payment on completion for E.O.T/Domestic cleaning/Carpet cleaning/maintenance services

How long have we used our maintenance contractors?
We short list the very best contractors available, most of our sub workers are well known in the trade & we have used them for years. We can provide you references and certificates on requests.
